Kathleen Moniz is a director and practises in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including in a wide variety of international asset-financing transactions, including ship financing, debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border financings. She also has experience in IP migration, life sciences and bio-tech restructuring, as well as investment business and partnerships. Kathleen is proficient in Bermuda’s regulatory compliance regime, including data protection, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering.
