Ang Yong Tong is a director of Gurbani & Co who specialises in international commercial arbitration cases involving parties from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South-East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the USA. He acts as arbitration attorney or arbitrator in multiple international cases on behalf of clients at CIETAC, HKIAC, SIAC, LMAA and the Nepal Arbitration Commission. His practice focuses on international trade, transnational financing, construction, hydropower projects, real estate development, shareholders, investment, product liability, guarantee, debt and employment disputes.
