About Mohammed Muraj

Mohammed Muraj is a member of Gowling WLG's national corporate group as counsel in the Toronto office. He has an extensive background in business and corporate law, focusing on software, technology and blockchain. Mohammed has assisted numerous blockchain protocols and projects with their regulatory, compliance, structuring, governance and fundraising matters. Most recently, Mohammed played a key role in the launch of a layer-one blockchain protocol anchored in Switzerland.
