About Brent J Arnold

Brent J Arnold is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office who specialises in cybersecurity and commercial litigation. Brent heads the firm's commercial litigation technology sub-group. He is a director of the Internet Society (Canada Chapter) and vice-chairs cybersecurity and privacy committees for the Ontario Bar Association and the US-based Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the invitation-only International Association of Defence Counsel. Brent's experience includes cyber-breach coaching, cyber-risk analysis, class actions defence, consumer protection, implementation and other disputes for e-commerce vendors and software developers, administrative law, and general contractual disputes.
