About Michal Kasprowicz

Michal Kasprowicz ‎has a practice that focuses on intellectual ‎‎property litigation. He has been counsel in ‎‎half a dozen intellectual property trials, ‎‎including precedent-setting ‎‎proceedings. Michal is also a registered ‎‎Trademark Agent and has prosecuted ‎‎trade mark applications for both large ‎‎portfolio holders and small innovators, and represented clients in opposition hearings. ‎Michal has taught the Trademarks and ‎‎Unfair Competition course to upper year law ‎‎students at the University of Windsor for a number of years and has ‎‎been named Outstanding Special Lecturer of ‎‎the Year.‎
