Geoffrey D Mowatt is a partner with DLA Piper and a certified specialist by the Law Society of Ontario in patent law. Geoff has experience in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, ranging from pre-litigation opinions to appearing before the Ontario Court, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, as well as proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
