About Antonio Di Domenico

Antonio Di Domenico is a co-leader of Fasken’s Competition, Marketing & Foreign Investment group. As former counsel to Canada’s Commissioner of Competition (Department of Justice Canada), and having served as counsel in many of Canada’s most significant competition matters, Tony is widely recognised as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in competition law and litigation. He is the author of the leading legal treatise, “Competition Enforcement and Litigation in Canada” (Emond Publishing), and is an adjunct professor of law at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where he teaches competition law and trial advocacy.
