About Sean P. Fahey

Sean P. Fahey is chair of Troutman Pepper’s Health Sciences Litigation Practice. He focuses his practice in products liability and healthcare litigation, with a primary emphasis on the defence of pharmaceutical and medical device entities in multi-district litigation. Mr Fahey is a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. He is a frequent lecturer and author on product liability and regulatory compliance issues, and has presented at FDA, USDA and industry conferences. He is an executive officer and immediate past president of the Villanova University School of Law Alumni Association.
