Christopher W. Wasson is a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Health Sciences Department. He maintains a varied practice in mass tort, product liability, False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute actions, professional malpractice and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr Wasson counsels manufacturers, distributors and retailers on issues affecting regulated products within the authority of governmental agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration, the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. He has counselled clients on compliance-reporting obligations, recall campaigns, responses to formal inquiries, and compliance with labelling, warranty, advertising and packaging requirements.
