About Jacquelyn Kasulis

Jacquelyn Kasulis is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations group. Jackie is a former federal prosecutor and experienced courtroom advocate, and most recently served as the Acting US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY). While at the EDNY, Jackie led such high-profile matters as the prosecution and trial conviction of hedge fund manager and pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli and the investigation and prosecution of major financial institutions for various financial crimes. At Kirkland, she focuses her practice on representing and counselling companies, executives, and boards of directors in investigations and litigation.
