About Zoë Bromage

Zoë Bromage is an experienced energy lawyer in King & Spalding’s Singapore office. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, project development and first-of-their-kind projects in the energy sector. Zoë has extensive experience advising on structuring and developing oil and gas and LNG projects in Indonesia. She recently advised on the international gas sales arrangements for a significant gas discovery in Indonesia and on an LNG importation project in Indonesia. Other notable highlights include advising on the voluntary transition from a cost-recovery production-sharing contract to a gross split production-sharing contract (one of the first in Indonesia).
