About Andy Kelana

Andy Kelana is one of the founding partners of AKHH. Andy’s oil and gas practice started in the early 1990s advising Humpuss Group in various oil and gas projects in Indonesia, including advising PT Humpuss Patragas in its negotiation of the Cepu technical assistance contract with Pertamina and the subsequent farming out of its interest to ExxonMobil. Andy recently advised a major Indonesian LNG purchaser on proposed revisions to its primary LNG supply contracts to address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the domestic demand for LNG. Andy also continues to advise clients on new as well as ongoing Indonesian floating storage and regasification unit projects, including the Jawa 1 IPP project.
