About Ridzky Firmansyah Amin

Ridzky Firmansyah Amin joined ABNR in February 2008 and is currently a senior associate at the firm. He graduated from Padjadjaran University’s Faculty of Law in 2008. He received the New Zealand–ASEAN Scholars Award (NZAS) for postgraduate study and in January 2013 completed his LLM programme with Honours at the University of Auckland, where he majored in litigation and dispute resolution. Ridzky’s main practice areas encompass commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, shipping and maritime, in addition to employment matters. His employment practice within ABNR includes drafting and review of employment contracts, employee handbooks and manuals, collective labour agreements. Ridzky also provides advice and assistance in employment termination and negotiations, including complex employment matters arising from mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisation. He also represents clients before the employment authorities and the Industrial Relations Court in employment disputes.
