About Kevin Omar Sidharta

Kevin Omar Sidharta is a key member of ABNR’s restructuring and insolvency, TMT, and aviation practices, and also has busy M&A/foreign direct investment, real estate, and project finance and development practices. He has testified as an expert witness on Indonesian law in insolvency-related foreign legal proceedings. Through his work over the years, he has gained significant experience, expertise and industry-specific knowledge. Prior to obtaining his LLM degree from Leiden University, the Netherlands, he worked as a researcher on the International Monetary Fund (IMF)/Netherlands Program for Legal and Judicial Reform in Indonesia. He is widely published in the area of insolvency.
