About Nathee Silacharoen

Nathee Silacharoen is a partner at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM), and has been with the firm since 2019. Prior to joining CMHM, he worked at another leading international law firm in Thailand. Over the past 23 years, he has successfully developed and maintained a broad dispute resolution practice, providing sophisticated and effective advice to clients involved in a wide variety of disputes. He specialises in dispute resolution, both litigation and arbitration. Nathee has significant experience and particular expertise in representing both local and international multinational companies and individuals in complex disputes relating to commercial contract, construction, labour and employment, insurance, rehabilitation and insolvency, real estate and wrongful act.
