About José Humberto Rocha Saade

José Humberto Rocha Saade is a partner whose main areas of practice include banking law, structured finance, fintech and other technology companies, M&A, regulatory matters, private equity, debt and corporate restructures, insolvency, corporate governance and general commerce law. He has strong experience in advising on finance law, and in counselling domestic credit institutions and other foreign and international financial organisations in financial transactions.
