About Kazuhide Ueno

Kazuhide Ueno is a partner who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and international arbitration, and regulatory investigations. He has handled disputes involving agreements relating to distribution, consultation/advisory, joint venture and construction in the sectors of industrial machinery, automobiles, energy/construction and medical equipment. He is particularly familiar with dealing with international mandatory laws in international disputes. During his time as a deputy director at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, he led trade disputes before the World Trade Organization. He has an LLM degree in international economic and business law from Georgetown University.
