About Søren Lundsgaard

Søren Lundsgaard is the founder of Lundsgaard & Partnere and one of the most sought-after litigators in Denmark. He has extensive experience conducting trials involving matters of great complexity within a variety of different practice areas, including post-M&A disputes and the professional liability of professionals such as attorneys, auditors and board members. Søren is a member of the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association, the Danish Arbitration Association and the International Insurance Law Association (AIDA). He is also head of the ethics committee of the Association of Danish Law Firms.
