Tong Lai Ling has almost 30 years’ practice in Malaysia and New Zealand, and spearheads Raja, Darryl & Loh's technology, multi-media and telecommunications (TMT) practice. Her capabilities in this sector have led to her being recognised in industry-related publications. Lai Ling advises on wide-ranging present-day technology subjects, including software development, maintenance/support services, outsourcing, cloud services, cyberlaw, personal data protection, privacy policies, artificial intelligence and the internet of things. She recently advised an artificial intelligence company on Malaysian data protection issues.
