Joyce Teh was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1999 and has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and regulatory matters affecting the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Her work at Raja, Darryl & Loh involves negotiation, documentation and advice. Aspects of these matters Joyce has handled and advised on include the management and operations of healthcare facilities, the practice of telemedicine and telenursing, healthcare solutions and the regulatory requirements affecting medical devices, to name a few.
