About Romain Perray

Romain Perray has extensive experience in data privacy and data protection law. He advises on the full range of data protection and data security in many different sectors, including automotive, healthcare and insurance, as well as complex IT contracts. His experience extends to cross-border transfers of data, joint data controllers or data processor agreements, the formulation of privacy or cookie policies, and the use of personal data for marketing purposes, including through profiling techniques, notably in a big data context. Romain lectures on these subjects at the Sorbonne, Assas and Descartes Paris Universities.
