About Laura Morelli

Laura Morelli leads the Paris intellectual property practice at McDermott Will & Emery. She advises French and foreign companies in a wide variety of sectors, including energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, fashion, food processing, consumer goods, media, perfume, software and technology. Laura assists clients, as adviser and as litigation counsel, at all stages of the protection, exploitation and defence of their intellectual property rights, including trade marks, domain names, patents, know-how and authors’ rights. She also has significant experience in unfair competition and parasitism matters, and advises on issues of misleading advertising, comparative advertising and image rights.
