About Junya Naito

Junya Naito is a partner whose practice includes international arbitration/litigation and M&A/corporate. He routinely acts as party counsel or arbitrator in proceedings at the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association, ICC, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, American Arbitration Association, London Court of International Arbitration and Vienna International Arbitration Centre. His professional activities include chairing the International Arbitration Committee of Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association and serving on the Japan International Dispute Resolution Centre’s Advisory Board as assistant to the Chair. Junya is also a member of the working group for international commercial and investment arbitration ADR at the Japan Federation of Bar Associations. He has written numerous articles on international arbitration and is on the editorial committee of Japan Commercial Arbitration Journal.
