About Osamu Fujiwara

Osamu Fujiwara is a partner of Atsumi & Sakai and has 13 years’ experience in advising on open innovation and start-ups, data protection and cybersecurity, M&A and joint ventures, and general corporate matters. He is a core member of the firm’s innovation practice group. Osamu has experience in working at an investment fund, and served as an auditor of a joint venture of a major Japanese company. He co-authored an article in Japanese entitled "Current Situation of Legal Discussions Abroad regarding Crypto-Assets," published by Financial and Business Law Precedents in 2021.
