About Ryohei Ikeda

Ryohei Ikeda is a partner with significant experience in litigation and dispute resolution, covering a variety of subject matters including post-M&A disputes, financial and securities litigation, derivative transaction-related litigation and product liability disputes. Although representing a number of clients on litigation and dispute resolution, he also has the deep knowledge and experience required to provide expert practical advice on M&A and financial transaction disputes. He graduated from Waseda Law School in 2010 and received his LLM from University of California, Los Angeles Law School in 2018, and was admitted to the Bars in Japan in 2011 and in New York State in 2020.
