About Nobuhito Sawasaki

Nobuhito Sawasaki is a partner at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune who has a wealth of experience in advising domestic and foreign clients on compliance with labour and employment laws, labour disputes, and related matters such as the redundancy process. He has also advised domestic and foreign clients on data protection issues. He was admitted as a lawyer in Japan in 2001 and is a member of the Management Lawyers Council (keiei hoso kaigi). He recently co-authored the Japan chapter of “the Spring 2022 Edition of the Littler International Guide” (2022).
