About Kosuke Tsunashima

Kosuke Tsunashima is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, with expertise in dispute resolution. Kosuke has represented and acted both for domestic and overseas clients in various industries in litigation, mediation and ADR, plus other forms of dispute resolution involving M&A, finance transactions, real property, product liability, disclosure documents, intellectual property and other commercial disputes. Kosuke is a graduate of Keio University (LLB, 2008) and received his LLM from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2015. He was admitted to the Bars in Japan in 2009 and New York State in 2017.
