About Iván Ruiz Moreno

Iván Ruiz Moreno is the founding partner at Ruiz Moreno y Asociados and has more than 20 years' experience in TMT, regulated industries, infrastructure, corporate and commercial law. Throughout his career, he has worked as a public officer of the former Mexican Federal Telecommunications Commission, a member of the Federal Commission of Telecommunications' (COFETEL) Consultation Council, a parliamentary counsel and outside legal counsel/board member for domestic and international companies from three different continents, including start-ups, consolidated carriers and CFE Generación II, which is an affiliate of the incumbent state-owned power company CFE. Iván has represented clients in areas such as telecommunications, broadcast, corporate law, contracts, antitrust and the electric sector.
