About Janne Glæsel

Janne Glæsel is an attorney and partner at Nyborg & Rørdam law firm who specialises in data protection, IP rights and litigation. Janne has been practising law since 1978. Prior to joining Nyborg & Rørdam law firm in 2018 she worked at two of the largest Danish law firms (as partner 1986–2018). Janne has been working in data protection since the 1990s, when she was involved in drafting the first Danish Data Protection Act. She served as vice-chair for the Danish Data Protection Council for 18 years, co-founded the association of Danish IT attorneys, and has written various articles on data protection.
