About Lim Wei Ting

Lim Wei Ting specialises in banking and finance, regularly acting for banks, syndicates, major corporates and private equity firms on domestic and cross-border financings. His practice at Allen & Gledhill covers single/multi-bank corporate lending, syndicated finance, real estate finance, leveraged/investment grade acquisition finance, takeover finance and privatisation finance. Wei Ting graduated from the University of Oxford with a BCL (distinction), and currently sits on the Singapore Documentation Committee of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association.
