About Mariana Alves

Mariana Alves is an associate of the corporate and Latin America teams in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She advises on all aspects of corporate work, mutual funds, private equity funds and corporate finance, structured finance and capital market transactions. As part of the Latin America group, Mariana works with clients originating from Latin America as well as those investing into the region. Born in Brazil and educated in Canada, Mariana speaks fluent Portuguese and English.
