About Diógenes Gonçalves

Diógenes Gonçalves has been a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2007 and co-head of the litigation department since 2012, practising in litigation and (re)insurance. He graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), completed postgraduate studies at the University of Milan, and holds an LLM degree from USP, in civil procedure law, having acted as a professor assistant at USP in 2001–02. He was a foreign associate at Villa Manca Graziadei, in Italy (1997), and is a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute, IADC, Insuralex and the Association of Foreign Insurance Companies.
