About Mauro Cesar Leschziner

Mauro Cesar Leschziner is a senior partner at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. He represents national and foreign companies, as well as private equity funds in their investments and divestitures. Mr Leschziner provides routine legal assistance to his clients in drafting complex contracts and in corporate affairs. A large part of his work involves assistance in the structuring, negotiation and formalisation of M&A and private equity operations, and legal support to international investors initiating activities in Brazil. Mr Leschziner is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
