About Yuval Navot

Yuval Navot is a tax partner who heads the firm's Corporate Tax group and focuses his practice on international tax planning and the tax aspects of M&A, private equity investments, restructurings, and inbound and outbound business operations. Yuval regularly advises financial institutions and banks on capital markets transactions and financial products. He has a great deal of experience in tax audits, rulings and other administrative proceedings in front of the Israel Tax Authority. Yuval chairs the tax section of the Tel Aviv district in the Israel Bar Association. For many years, he was an adjunct lecturer at Tel Aviv University, where he taught a course on tax treaties. He is widely published on various aspects of taxation.
