Maurício Pepe De Lion is the head partner of the Labour and Employment department at Felsberg Advogados. He has more than 22 years of experience in labour law, counselling and defending both national and multinational companies in complex claims involving executives and expatriates. He has vast experience with the drafting of codes of conduct, compensation policies, profit and results sharing programmes and stock options. Maurício also has a solid track record in M&A operations, company restructuring, bankruptcy and court-appointed reorganisation proceedings, internal investigations, civil class actions and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
