About Jaime Gray

Jaime Gray is a founding partner of NPG and a specialist in construction law, public procurement law, arbitration and dispute boards. He has been involved in many major and mega projects in mining, transportation, buildings and energy as counsel, and he has been a member of arbitral tribunals and dispute boards in Central and South America. He lectures and promotes the use of international best practices and construction contract forms such as FIDIC forms and NEC in Peru and abroad. Jaime is a member of the International Bar Association (former co-chair of the International Construction Projects Committee), the American Bar Association and the Lima Bar Association. He is also the first president of the Peruvian Society of Construction Law, the former Peruvian representative of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and a former member of the Capacity Building Committee of FIDIC.
