About Nimrod Prawer

Nimrod Prawer is vice-head of the antitrust and competition department at Goldfarb Seligman. He possesses extensive experience and expertise in antitrust law and competition regulation. Nimrod regularly advises multinational and domestic companies regarding antitrust matters related to complex M&A transactions. He has conducted multinational cross-jurisdictional reviews of merger notifications, and represents his clients before the Israeli Antitrust Authority and the Antitrust Tribunal.
