About Elena Sevila

Elena Sevila is a partner at the dispute resolution department of Andersen in Spain. She leads the international arbitration group and her practice focuses on international arbitration and related court litigation. Elena represents companies in international commercial disputes conducted under a variety of rules. She also has wide expertise in investment arbitration. Elena advises clients from a wide range of sectors, including construction, energy, telecommunications, aerospace, international contracts and industrial property. She has acted as counsel, sole arbitrator and secretary to the arbitral tribunal in more than 40 major international arbitrations and, since 2012, she has been a professor of international arbitration in Paris.
