About Daniel Seoane

Daniel Seoane is a partner with Beccar Varela and heads the insurance and reinsurance law department. He has extensive experience as in-house counsel for major insurance companies where he headed legal teams, focused on various aspects of the insurance business, conducted mergers and acquisitions, and developed legal strategies. In addition to holding a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1995), he is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He also co-ordinates the Insurance/Reinsurance Practice Group of the Latin American section of World Services Group. He has recently published articles concerning the settlement of claims relating to COVID-19 and insurance contracts.
