About Lubomir Tabakov

Lubomir Tabakov is a member of the Sofia Bar Association and a senior associate at Tabakov, Tabakova & Partners with experience in commercial arbitration matters and administrative litigation. He has served as counsel in a range of national and international disputes, including arbitrations conducted under the rules of the ICC. He also has substantial experience in international tax matters and issues of the interpretation and application of Bulgaria’s double tax treaties. A recognition of his practice in tax disputes is his nomination as an independent person of standing for Bulgaria for the purposes of Council Directive (EU) 2017/1852 of 10 October 2017 on Tax Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in the European Union.
