About Thomas Kulnigg

Thomas Kulnigg is a partner at Schoenherr, where he specialises in venture capital transactions and start-ups as well as technology transactions and digitalisation matters. Thomas co-heads Schoenherr’s intellectual property and technology practice group, with a focus on the technology development of the firm. He regularly advises on venture capital transactions for both companies and investors.
