About Jake Collado

Jake Collado is an associate and commenced his training contract with ISOLAS in September 2018. Having a particular interest in corporate and commercial matters, Jake spent the last few months of his training contract with the financial services team, where he now sits as an associate, having been admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in 2019. Jake is involved in a range of matters, including assisting in the licensing application process for distributed ledger technology (DLT) providers. He has also been involved in the setting up and structuring of investment funds, with a particular focus on corporate advisory and corporate structuring.
