About Siddhant Chamola

Siddhant Chamola is a managing associate at Anand and Anand with almost a decade of experience of litigation on core and complex aspects of intellectual property. He joined the firm after graduating law school in 2014 and has since engaged extensively in some of the most complex IP disputes. With a focus on patents, trade marks, copyright and designs, data privacy, and intermediary (safe harbour) litigation, Siddhant has worked on landmark IP matters including India’s first anti anti-suit injunction order (InterDigital Corp v Xiaomi), India’s first final decision on standard essential patents (Philips v KK Bansal) and a judgment recognising aggravated damages in addition to actual and punitive damages (Philips v Amazestore).
