About Balázs Unger

Balázs Unger joined Bán, S. Szabó, Rausch & Partners in 1999 and became a partner in 2010. He specialises in banking, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures and has advised clients such as Unicredit, Bosch, GSO Capital and Goldman Sachs in significant syndicated loan transactions. He also advised a Hungarian bank in a huge litigation relating to foreign currency-based loan activity. Dr Unger also has broad experience in advising clients on the borrower side, such as Inter Tan-Ker Zrt, a joint-venture subsidiary of MOL and the Hungarian affiliate of Greenergy Holding LLC.
