About Daniel Amezquita

Daniel Amezquita is head of Galicia Abogados' administrative and constitutional litigation/public law practice and co-head of the customs and international trade practice. He has successfully represented several transnational companies in the constitutional challenge of various legal provisions and determination of tax credits by different federal and local authorities, among other types of disputes. Daniel has been legal advisor to several of the main national and international import and export companies in Mexico in different types of projects. He has a postgraduate qualification in tax law, a diploma in American law, a specialisation in European Union law, a diploma in international commercial arbitration and a diploma in anti-corruption, among other qualifications.
