About Gerardo Rodriguez

Gerardo Rodriguez is an expert in antitrust and competition matters, with more than 15 years’ experience in market investigations and in more than 60% of recent procedures carried out by COFECE. He is well regarded among clients and peers, but also by officers of the competition authorities, which makes him a trustworthy counsel for complex merger applications and anti-competitive investigations. Gerardo has experience in telecommunications, broadcasting, railroad transportation and oil and gas, in addition to other regulated sectors such as healthcare and life sciences, financial services and air transportation. He has provided legal advice to indigenous communities in south-east Mexico for obtaining broadcasting concessions.
