About Pablo Nosti

Pablo Nosti focuses his professional practice on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, transactional, compliance and foreign investment, with broad experience advising domestic and foreign companies doing business in Mexico. Mr Nosti collaborates with the World Bank on the publication Doing Business: Going Beyond Efficiency and with the World Justice Project (WJP) Rule of Law Index. Mr Nosti is a member of the Mexican Bar and the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico (ICC). He is a graduate in law and economics from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores Monterrey and also has a master’s in corporate law from Universidad Panamericana.
