About Juan Carlos Serra

Juan Carlos Serra is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and has a master's degree from Georgetown University (which he attended on a Fulbright Scholarship). He also has a postgraduate degree in corporate and economic law from the Universidad Panamericana, and a diploma degree in energy law from the Universidad Iberoamericana. A partner at Basham Ringe y Correa, his areas of practice include energy (oil, gas and electricity), mining, infrastructure, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and investments.
