About Eduardo Kleinberg

Eduardo Kleinberg is a managing partner at Basham. He is the head of the trade mark, franchising and licensing practices and has vast experience in domestic and international matters. Eduardo has wide-ranging experience advising clients on IP matters in general, including negotiating and drafting licences, franchise, copyright and confidentiality contracts; filing and prosecuting trade marks and patents; classifying and registering product and service trade marks of Mexican and foreign leading companies; and registration of trade marks in South and Central America, Europe, Asia and the USA. He is a member of multiple professional IP-related organisations, and was in charge of the PI Chapter in the negotiation of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
