About Alexandre Lourenço Roque

Alexandre Lourenço Roque is a partner in the public procurement department and has extensive experience in all areas of public law, including infrastructure, projects, public procurement and urban planning. With more than 20 years of experience, Alexandre also acts for companies across various different business sectors in high-profile administrative litigation, namely concerning regulation, licensing, public procurement and urban planning. He is also a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Centre for Administrative Arbitration (the leading Portuguese arbitration institution for the resolution of disputes involving administrative law), and frequently gives lectures on planning and urban law and public procurement.
